Introduction to Massage courses now available
This is an intensive hands-on weekend workshop that teaches you how to apply all the basic massage techniques safely and effectively to all the main areas of the body. It will enable you to treat friends and family on a recreational level but not to practice professionally. This workshop can also act as an introction to the main diploma to acquaint you with treating and being treated in a learning situation. Held at The Glanfa Surgery, Orme Road, Bangor, Gwynedd.
